How much is the postage & packaging?

Orders for £40 or more of great baking products from us will be sent to your UK mainland delivery address for free. We send these items tracked and insured by courier apart from some very small orders which come via Royal Mail for greater speed. We will let you know on the shipping email how your items are being sent and how you can track them. Unfortunately for smaller orders we cannot afford to do this for free and we have to make a small charge of only £3.99 for P&P.

If you need your new stuff delivered to somewhere outside of the UK mainland then most orders can be sent for our standard postage charge within the EU. You should be able to checkout normally for these destinations. For all other countries, please contact us first on 01273 858656 or by email to so we can find the best way at the best price for you.

When will my order arrive?

We know it’s really annoying when you order something and then have to wait ages for it to arrive. At we only show things on the site that we either have in stock (truly on the shelf – we promise!) or that we have actually on the way to us from the supplier (a confirmed order in transit). 

 We won’t tell you we have something here or on the way to us that we don’t as that’s not fair.

This means in most cases than when we get your order we will post it out to you the next working day. So if all goes to plan you should have your exciting new bits and pieces in two or three working days and you can get baking or making!

Of course, sometimes things don’t go as speedily as they should and so we ask you to allow up to five working days. If there is some reason why your order might take longer than this then we will do our best to let you know.

Please allow up to ten days for the EU. These orders are sent airmail and should arrive within five working days but please allow a little longer.

What if my new stuff arrives broken?

That’s really upsetting. We always check everything carefully when we are packing it up to send to you to try and make sure this never happens. Sometimes though accidents can happen and very rarely something does get broken on its way to you. Just let us know straight away on 01273 858656 or by email to and we will get a replacement on its way without delay.

What if I’m not happy with my things?

We’d be really sorry to hear that. We only stock things that we have tried and that we like and which we truly believe are good value. However, if you are not happy with your new baking equipment and it is still in the original packaging and in good condition then please just return to us for a refund. We will return the cost of the item to you but we cannot cover any delivery charges. Our address for returns is:
